One workspace, connected operations.
Modeled on client systems. Sample data shown.
A service business needs a clear path from a customer’s message to a clean record and a workflow someone can trust. This suite brings those responsibilities into one workspace.
What is sample
The workspace, workflow runs, customer conversations and contact records are fictional sample data. Their alerts and verdicts are calculated by the working module engines.
n8n and GoHighLevel labels are illustrative. Gallery workflows are hand-authored examples. This workspace has no live integrations.
What is real
The code behind the checks, intake safety routing and schedule monitoring runs here. The private builds below represent separate client work, described with its actual status.
This public workspace is a sample product surface. Private client systems and their data stay private.
How it is built
Next.js 14 and React provide the pages and shared workspace. TypeScript describes the records and actions; shared CSS tokens and Tailwind configure the visual system. Vitest checks the engines and module behavior. Browser storage keeps your changes on this device, with a reset in Settings.
- Automations calculates workflow runs, usage costs, missed schedules and alert incidents.
- Intake extracts service details with rules and keeps safety decisions ahead of booking.
- Data check parses contact CSVs and returns each field’s verdict, evidence and rule.
At the time of writing on October 2, 2026, the preserved engines passed 334 tests: 91 for Automations, 171 for Intake and 72 for Data check.
Intake uses a rules engine. Gas, carbon monoxide and water near electrical equipment trigger fixed safety instructions before extraction or scheduling. Booking stays stopped.
The optional /api/extract endpoint returns HTTP 501 when no provider key is configured; the rules engine answers instead. No provider calls or live integrations are active. Conversations and dispatch changes use browser storage, isolated to this workspace.
Sample service areas and addresses are fictional. Callback numbers use the 555-0100 to 555-0199 range. Job sheets and CSV files contain sample records only.
Private work behind the modules
Three n8n workflows that wrote every booking, report and payment from an inspection tool into GoHighLevel, with dedupe and failure alerts. Ran in production May to September 2026.
Production buildSources, enriches, verifies and scores business contacts into the client's own template. In build.
